In the context of our editorial about contemporary design of the sleds which we have created some weeks ago and the exhibition at the Prague AAAD, where students from the Product Design III atelier exhibit their prototypes of sleds, we are presenting here two another designs of sled by two young European designers. This time with two opposite approaches to the typology.

Tom Hatfield has designed "ready-made", do it yourself vision of the sleds. He made it from some old discarded christmas tree found around the London. The result is the very rude design with ecological and economical theme.

Totally different creative attitude we can find in the work of Arno Mathies from Real-Made. Arno has designed the carbon H-sled for Hublot last year when studying ECAL Luxury course, where students collaborate with renowned luxury brands. Designer has created aerodynamic sled with carbon body.

Neo-primitive natural approach vs. highly technical and futuristic solution!
