We fall in love with furniture and visual style of German furniture company Stattmann Neue Moebel from Ascheberg in Westphalia.
"The firm was established by our great-grandfather, August Stattmann, on May 5, 1896, and has been owned by the family ever since. In 1968, our father Josef took over the joinery, supported by his brother August, who ran the carpenter’s workshop for many years. Our father extended the production of furniture and gained a reputation for high quality interiors and fittings across Germany," says Nicola and Oliver Stattmann, current owners of the company, who approached some of the talents of contemporary scene to design several new pieces for the new collection. Stattmann Neue Moebel label was born in 2012.
Today, they produce beautiful simple pieces by Marina Bautier, Florian Hauswirth, Sylvain Willenz or Steffen Kehrle. Simplicity, functionality and precise production meets new visual style of the company.
