We have recognized new trend from young ECAL graduates, who make poetic sculptures rather than functional objects.

In the work of young designers studying or just finishing Lausanne academy we have found some exciting design sculptures playing with themes of lightness, stability, elegant form, balance or movement. These new kinetic sculptures represent contemporary update of modernist kinetic movement which was also strongly connected with industrial design. Remind Enzo Mari or Bruno Munari, whose work had included pure art objects before they have decided to make design.

These elegant objects become entertainment domestic sculptures with the function of beauty and pure enjoy only.
