We have visited Prague-based designer Martin Žampach in his studio and had a look on his new project developed for DMY in Berlin.

Poly is a series of geometric bowls made from sandwich of veneer and cork or metal. Diamond shapes which are connected together to create geometric bowls are all hand-made by Martin in his studio.

One version of the metal bowls is treated by vinegar to create rusty surface of the metal pieces which are connected by magnets into the result shape.

The whole collection you can see during DMY in Berlin, 6 - 10 June in the collaborative project Colab 01 by Martin Žampach and Matěj Chabera.
